Erica can be prostrate or erect, evergreen shrubs with fine, needle-like leaves in whorls, and racemes or panicles of small, bell-shaped or tubular flowers. ‘Rosalie’ is a compact, spreading heather to 15cm in height and 40cm wide, with dark bronze-green foliage and racemes of bright rosy-pink flowers from mid winter to spring. Full sun or partial shade. Moist but well-drained or well-drained soils. Ultimate height 10-50cm
